Michael Mina's return to Washington, nearly two decades after Bourbon Steak landed in Georgetown. Expect grilled fish over saffron-orange fregola, house-made pastas, and chargrilled steaks brushed with lambrusco butter, a longtime Mina signature, plus knowing flourishes like the caviar-and-mozzarella-stick opener.
