Ryan and Kelleanne Jones — the husband-and-wife team behind Charleston's Free Reign Restaurants, also home to Southbound, Community Table and Honeysuckle Rose — opened Allora in October 2025 on the corner of Spring Street and Rutledge Avenue, inside a former bodega. Ryan, executive chef and co-owner, anchors the kitchen on a deliberately large coastal-Italian pasta program of twelve handmade varieties, alongside crudi and conserva di pesce; lobster spaghetti and spaghetti alla Nerano lead the list. Kelleanne designed the room herself, painting and distressing its pink-and-green walls after a trip through southern Italy. Four formats share the building: a main dining room, a ground-floor bar, the Terrazza rooftop, and a Spring Street gelato-and-espresso window.
