MIAMI
LATIN
Amazónico Miami
American · Buzzing · Brickell
The first U.S. outpost of Amazónico, the Madrid-born group founded in 2016 by husband-and-wife restaurateurs Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, after Madrid, London, Dubai, and Monte-Carlo. The Brickell version is the largest yet — three floors at 800 Brickell Avenue, with a ground-floor restaurant built around a theatrical open fire, a second-level lounge and sushi counter, and a rooftop crowned by the Peacock Bar. The kitchen reads as Latin American with Asian and Mediterranean accents: Ensalada Amazónica, spit-grilled picanha rodizio, Okeechobee Wagyu, and the Piña Rostizada finished over flame. Live bands and resident DJs run nightly, and a smart-elegant dress code applies. Come for the spectacle as much as the plate.
