The first U.S. project from London's JKS Restaurants — the Sethi siblings behind Michelin-starred Gymkhana — Ambassadors Clubhouse opened February 2026 at 1245 Broadway in NoMad, on the ground floor of A24's headquarters. Chef Karan Mittal, a New Delhi native who cooked at Indian Accent in both India and New York, runs a Punjabi menu built around a charcoal tandoor: butter chicken chops, the seven-layer aloo mattar satpura, and a shahi patiala seafood tower among the New York exclusives. The 150-seat, two-level room channels the faded grandeur of Northern India's party mansions — navy walls, hand-painted tiles, stained glass, a Mike Langley mural over the bar. Named for the founders' grandfather, a former Indian ambassador, it is theatrical by design. Reservations release weeks out and go fast.
