The Four Seasons Nashville replaced its Mimo Restaurant with Bacco, a Tuscan steakhouse that opened April 10, 2026 just off the hotel's main lobby in SoBro. Named for Bacchus, the Roman god of wine, it spans more than 8,000 square feet by design studio AvroKO: a central bar and lounge, an open-kitchen dining room anchored by a custom dry-aging cabinet, two private rooms, and an all-seasons terrazza, with subtle Spaghetti Western touches throughout. Derek Simcik, the property's executive chef, who has opened more than sixteen restaurants and hotels, oversees a menu of dry-aged steaks and house-made pastas — gnocchetti sardi with 'nduja, broiled whole branzino, mortadella bruschetta. Come for a convivial Tuscan steakhouse with a serious cellar and a downtown skyline at the door.
