Roman-born chef Bartolo Bruzzaniti, who relocated to Boston in 2020, runs the kitchen at Bambola, the Seaport supper club that debuted in April 2026 inside the former Seaport Social space on Northern Avenue. It is the work of Sneaky Good Hospitality, the local group behind Flamingo and Rock & Rye, with Boston firm Arrowstreet behind a design that reads as a gilded Italian villa: Murano-style chandeliers, jewel-toned seating, a glossy red-tiled entry passage. Bruzzaniti translates the Sunday dinners of his upbringing into Roman and Southern Italian plates — bucatini carbonara, lasagna Napoletana, branzino, tiramisu. Adjoining it, The Girl Next Door trades grandeur for a leopard-print, disco-ball room of fried pizza and meatballs. Come for the theater of the supper club and stay for the bar next door.
