Barbouzard, opened July 2025 in the former Kellari Taverna space on K Street NW blocks from the White House, is his French-Mediterranean homecoming: a Riviera-styled room by architect Olvia Demetriou, with a Champagne lounge, DJ booth, and day-to-night ambition. The menu reads coastal and generous — bouillabaisse Marseillaise, whole Dover sole, rib-cap steak-frites, caviar service, soufflé.
