The first Texas outpost of Catch — the seafood-sushi-steak brand that Catch Hospitality Group partners Tilman Fertitta, Mark Birnbaum, and Eugene Remm grew from a 2011 New York flagship into a multi-city group — opened in November 2024 inside the Maple Terrace development in Uptown Dallas. The Rockwell Group-designed room runs to 16,000 square feet across two levels, with a signature olive tree at its center, a two-level patio, and the private Emerald Room. The kitchen leans on sushi flown from Tokyo's Toyosu Market and Japanese Wagyu, with the Catch Roll, Truffle Sashimi, and Crispy Shrimp as the constants. A polished, energetic format where the design and the social occasion carry as much weight as the plate.
