The seventh outpost of Catch Hospitality Group — the New York-born brand from partners Tilman Fertitta, Mark Birnbaum and Eugene Remm — opened in September 2025 on the ground floor of Scottsdale Fashion Square, alongside Cartier, Louis Vuitton and Rolex. The roughly 11,700-square-foot room comes from Rockwell Group, who designed it in desert-modernist limestone, terracotta, wood and oil-rubbed bronze with the brand's signature green. The globally inflected menu spans seafood, sushi and steak: the Catch Roll, truffle sashimi, Cantonese lobster, and a Wagyu program drawing fish from Tokyo's Toyosu market, including tableside cooking on hot rocks. Phoenix New Times found the substance lived up to the spectacle. Loud, golden-hued and built for an audience. Come for the theater of a luxury-mall dining room that delivers on the plate.
