The h.wood Group's fourth Delilah and its largest at 15,000 square feet, this Roaring Twenties supper club opened in February 2026 at 1616 Hi Line Drive, following West Hollywood, Wynn Las Vegas, and Miami. Executive chef Scott Ruwart runs refined American fare with a Texas accent — black truffle agnolotti, a steak program built around Texas Akaushi and A5 wagyu seared tableside on a hot rock, redfish, caviar service. Pink velvet booths, burlwood, blue marble bars, and gilded palm trees frame the brand's largest stage, where a live jazz band and feather-clad dancers carry the room past midnight. A strict no-photo policy guards the celebrity clientele. Come for the dinner-into-cabaret theater, with a kitchen serious enough to hold its own.
