Stephen Chiang — formerly chef de cuisine at Relish and executive chef of the downtown Petroleum Club of Houston — runs the kitchen at this clubhouse-inspired room from the Mac Haik Restaurant Group, which opened in May 2026 on the ground floor of Energy Tower II. Gin Braverman of Gin Design Group (Eunice, ChòpnBlọk) gave the roughly 7,000-square-foot, 242-seat space patinated-copper magnolia doors, a copper-clad open kitchen, and a mirrored replica of the Astrodome ceiling — a nod to Haik, the former Oiler who caught the dome's first touchdown pass. The menu leans country-club classic: sesame ahi tuna, a double-bone pork chop in mustard jus, steak frites, and a tableside-carved chateaubriand. For West Houston when the room is doing as much work as the kitchen.
