The original Mimi Kakushi opened at Dubai's Four Seasons Jumeirah and built a following as a contemporary Japanese room dressed in 1920s Osaka mood; the Miami Beach edition is its U.S. debut, brought stateside by Paris Society as part of the reimagined Delano's 2026 reopening. It sits on the hotel's fourth floor, accessible to hotel guests and the Delano Members Club, a space of hand-painted walls, wooden screens and Oriental Art Deco layering by designer Pirajeen Lees. The menu runs from sashimi and gyoza to oven-baked black cod and Kagoshima wagyu, alongside a cocktail program themed on silent-film actor Sessue Hayakawa.
