DineAmic Hospitality's most ambitious project to date, NAIA opened June 1, 2026 along the Chicago Riverwalk, occupying nearly an entire river-level block at 300 N. LaSalle. The kitchen is run by Athinagoras Kostakos, the Top Chef Greece winner who serves as culinary director of Soho House's Scorpios in Mykonos and Bodrum and owns Mykonos Town's NOEMA. His menu reads pan-Mediterranean by design, drawing on Greece, Southern France, Spain and Italy alongside Levantine cooking: baba ghanoush and herb-forward dips, falafel and shawarma, house-made pastas, plus a raw bar and Mediterranean-leaning sushi. The 12,000-square-foot room earns its scale with a coliseum-style dining hall, a 50-foot hand-carved stone wall, and skyline views. Guests can even arrive by boat.
