Nadav Greenberg — the Moroccan-Israeli chef who ran the kitchen at Shmoné when Eyal Shani's West Village room earned its Michelin star in 2023 — strikes out on his own at Or'esh, which opened in February 2026 at 450 West Broadway in SoHo. Built by Catch Hospitality Group, the team behind The Corner Store, the 80-seat Rockwell Group room trades obvious Levantine signaling for red leather, chandeliers, and a custom charcoal grille that took six months to build and touches most of the menu. The cooking is live-fire and ingredient-driven: a puffy Jerusalem bagel with house dips, an 18-layer wagyu New York strip, a 48-hour short rib. Reservations release on DoorDash seven days out. Smart-elegant dress, adults, and one of the season's hardest tables.
