A collaboration between Dori, the founder of New Orleans' Mediterranean-accented steakhouse Doris Metropolitan, and Tal Sharon of the nearby Israeli street-food café Tal's Hummus, Studio opened in 2025 on a Magazine Street corner Uptown. The format is steakhouse crossed with butcher shop: a charcoal-fired grill anchors an open kitchen, with a butcher case of prime cuts and house-made sausage, all under a dramatic wine wall. The kitchen changes weekly around a Cut of the Day, plating tomahawk and picanha alongside merguez, malabi, and other Middle Eastern grace notes.
