A West Midtown restaurant from chef Ryan Smith (no relation to Staplehouse) that earned a Michelin star in the 2023 Atlanta launch — a modern American tasting format with a strong wine program (the name references the Champagne village). The cooking is precise and contemporary; the room is intimate and serious. Newer to the scene than Bacchanalia but earning its place quickly.
