A 2025 opening from the team behind Yangban — a tight West Hollywood room that hovers between cocktail bar and serious neighborhood restaurant. The menu reads brief but lands heavy: aged-beef tartare, a single perfect pasta, vegetables treated with care. The drinks program is the headline draw; the food is the reason you stay.
