The Quy and Robin Hoang brothers' Bellaire smokehouse — Central Texas BBQ technique married to Asian flavors, drawing on the brothers' Vietnamese-Chinese heritage. The brisket is the order; the Asian-influenced sides (the Thai green curry boudin, the Sichuan beef ribs) take the format somewhere only Houston could. James Beard semifinalist recognition.
