Carbone Dallas

The Dallas outpost of Major Food Group's iconic NYC original — the same theatrical Italian-American format that made the original a destination (the tableside Caesar, the spicy rigatoni vodka, the showmanship), brought to a Design District room with full MFG production value. The booths, the captain-service tableside theatrics, the wine cellar. Less foundational than the NYC original, more about extending one of America's most-imitated dining experiences to Dallas.
