The CookNSolo team's all-day Israeli café and bakery in Rittenhouse — a sunlit Tel Aviv-inspired room running pastries, shakshuka, and bourekas through the day, with a hummus-and-flatbread lunch and a sit-down dinner format. Camille Cogswell (a James Beard pastry winner) ran the original bakery program.
