Aaron Silverman's third Capitol Hill restaurant — the all-day café in the morning, the more intimate counter-service dinner concept by night, sharing a building with Pineapple and Pearls and Rose's Luxury. Smaller, more casual, but the same kitchen discipline that earned the block its reputation. The wine program is shockingly deep for the size of the room. The neighborhood spot version of fine dining.
