On the 11th floor of the St. Regis Chicago, Lettuce Entertain You's Miru pairs contemporary Japanese cooking with floor-to-ceiling views of the river and Lake Michigan — chef Hisanobu Osaka (ex-Morimoto, Daniel) runs sushi and refined Japanese plates in a glossy high-rise room.
