A Deep Ellum smokehouse that has been one of Dallas's most-acclaimed barbecue destinations for over a decade — Justin and Diane Fourton's brisket, ribs, and sausage drew Texas Monthly Top 50 honors and made Pecan Lodge one of the first Dallas BBQ joints to earn genuine national recognition.
