Michael Cimarusti has been running a two-Michelin-star seafood kitchen in a Spanish Colonial Revival building on Melrose since 2005. The tasting menu changes nightly based on what came off the boats that day. Providence is what Los Angeles fine dining looks like when nobody's trying to impress you with the room.
