SW Steakhouse

Mark LoRusso took over SW Steakhouse in 2021 after a decade-plus running other Wynn and Encore kitchens; the seasonal menus he's debuted since have kept the room at the center of Wynn's steakhouse program. The Lake of Dreams water-and-light show plays through the patio glass every half-hour, which gives the room its defining vibe: a steakhouse where the entertainment is woven into the meal pacing rather than added on. The kitchen runs wet-aged prime cuts alongside in-house dry-aged selections, with Snake River Farms domestic wagyu from Idaho and Grazing Star Ranch from Wyoming anchoring the beef program.
