A Fishtown restaurant in a restored 19th-century whiskey blending facility — exposed brick, soaring ceilings, a wood-fired oven, and a menu of handmade pastas and pizzas that established the room as a Philadelphia destination when it opened in 2014. The boutique hotel above (the restaurant doubles as the lobby) extends the experience. For Italian dining in one of the most beautifully restored industrial spaces in the city.
